Obituary : Atlanta Journal - 27 May 2011 (excerpt) Ruth Scarratt Winchester, 84, April 23, 1927 - May 3, 2011. Daughter of the late John Bolsius Scarratt and Mary Kathleen Hall Scarrett, Atlanta, GA. Ruth is survived by 3 daughters: Lane Mitchell, Wendy Perniciaro and Kathy Herrin, 6 grandsons and 5 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her ex-husband and companion for many years, Robert Decker.
