In 1755 koopt Johannes Aukes, mr. timmerman te Terhorne, huis en steed aldaar van Lubbertus Lycklama a Nieholt, secretaris van Opsterland, voor 160 goudg.
In 1755 lenen Johannes Aukes, timmerman, en Aaltje Alberts te Terhorne 450 carg. van Gerryt Zymens, timmerman aldaar; zij stellen huisinge, timmerhuis en polle aldaar tot onderpand. In 1762 leent Johannes nogmaals 150 carg. van diezelfde.
