"Pierre fild de jedeon Mallerbe de marie grillion Le temoins et pierre Rous et Marie a Vis" word gebore op 6 September 1695 en gedoop op 25 September 1695 en is waarskynlik oorlede in 1756. Sy troudatum word volgens skatting aangegee aan die begin van 1724 met Elizabeth Celliers. Sy naam verhollands en word in die opgaafrol van 1718 aangegee as Pieter.

Op 8 September 1734 koop hy die plaas Hexenberg uit sy vader se boedel.

Op 14 Julie 1779 is Heksberg (Hexenberg) deur die boedel van wyle Elizabeth Ciljè, weduwee van wyle Pieter Malherbe verkoop aan Gabriël Rossouw (waarskynlik haar kleinseun - die seun van Maria Elizabeth). So gaan die derde plaas van stamvader Gideon ook vir die nageslag verlore aangesien Pierre die enigste seun van Gideon was wat 'n nageslag gehad het.

Pierre en sy vrou se sterfdatums kon nie in sterfregisters gevind word nie, maar op 13 Julie 1756 word hulle testament ingedien, geteken te Hexenberg - waarskynlik pas na sy dood.
