hofstede met huis, berg, schuur en ca. 9 morgen land, genaamd Nieuwenhuijsen. Belast met 700 gulden
hypotheek, afgesloten d.d. 10-04-1717 voor het gerecht t.b.v. notaris Steven van Brinckesteijn te
Amersfoort. Procuratie voor het gerecht van Woudenberg op 08-11-1731 en Hof van Utrecht 17-11-
1731. Belast met een tijns van 2 gulden 8 stuivers t.b.v. de Domeinen ´s Lands van Utrecht. Recht van
vijf schaar weidens op de meent. (Dorpsgerecht Woudenberg 2346, fol. 124, 124vo; 16-01-1732).
