Fokje van der Werff is voor de eerste keer getrouwd op 9 april 1836 in Dokkum met Johannes Brouwer. Uit het huwelijk van Fokje en Johannes zijn vier kinderen geboren, waarvan één levenloos:
1. Sibbeltje Brouwer, geboren op 16 november 1837 in Dokkum.
2. Grietje Brouwer, geboren 8 op september 1840 in Dokkum.
3. Levenloos kind, geboren en overleden op 5 november 1842 in Dokkum.
4. Isaak Brouwer, geboren op 18 april 1844 in Dokkum.
Na het overlijden van Johannes Fokkes Brouwer op 11 september 1845 hertrouwt Fokje Isaacs van der Werff op 3 juli 1852 met Tiete Martens Visser.
Uit dit huwelijk zijn geen kinderen bekend c.q. geboren.
