De kooppenningen bedraegn eene somma van 300 gulden en aangezien de kopersse selfs is competerende en haar is toegestaan als ingemeenschap van goederen met haren overleden man geweest zijnde, de helft deser tot 150 gulden. (in marge voldaan dd.1-2-1775)
