Otto van Bourgondië (944 - Pouilli, 3 februari 965) was de derde zoon van Hugo de Grote, hertog der Franken, en Hedwig van Saksen. Van zijn vader kreeg hij het graafschap Auxerre. Hij huwde met Liutgarde, dochter en erfgename van Giselbert van Châlon, hertog van de Bourgondiërs, graaf van Beaune, van Autun, Avallon, Troyes, Dijon en Châlons. Bij het overlijden van zijn schoonvader nam koning Lotharius van Frankrijk de gelegenheid te baat om een deel van Bourgondië in te lijven bij Frankrijk.
