op 8-10-1930 in de Avondpost (via Delpher) wordt Teunis de Ruiter opgeroepen door de Rechtbank. Verblijfplaats onbekend.

Ging met broer Jan in de jaren '20 naar US, werkte in de constructie. Door depressie werkeloos (soepkeukens). Zij keerden terug naar NL. Toon (favoriet van de zusters) gaf geld uit en had succes bij de meisjes. Raakte 'in moeilijkheden' en ging weer naar US. Jan ging hem zoeken en ook via bureau Pinkerton is Toon niet gevonden.
