3-10-1654: Jan Nijssinck vulgo Clumper en Metthe, ehelieden, bekennen vanwege geleende gelden schuldig te zijn aan Berent ten Hengel te Goor en Albert ten Nover een som van honderd daler. Zij verbinden daarvoor hun gerede en ongerede goederen en speciaal hun huis en hof in het dorp Neede, tussen de huizen van Hendric Essinck en Herman ten Relle gelegen, aangekocht van zal. Herman van der Wijck, voogd tot Neede [ORA Borculo 442].
4-11-1656: Het huis van Jan Nijsinck genampt Clumper is gelegen naast het huis van Berent Beijen aan de Nijstraete in Neede [ORA Borculo 400 fol.53].
