Notes about Aldegundis van Gerven

Waltherius Wijnandts, pastoor te Boeckel. Wil bij zijn begrafenis vier assistenten, te weten: de pastoor te Zeeland, de rector te Volkel, de pastoor te Erp en de pastoor te Gemert. Zijn lichaam zal door zes broeders van Padua naar de kerk gedragen worden, en iedereen zal beloond worden met een pattacon. Legateert aan zijn assistent Mathias van Straelen en Allegonda Adams van Gerven, mijn huishoudster, al de ledicanten en behangsels, idem alle vaatwerk, wijn en bieren, ook alle vlees. Idem alle stoelen en tafels. Idem legateert hij aan Alegonda Adams van Gerven, drie woningen, waar Jenneke Peter Jantiens woont, die ze voor haar leven lang zal mogen gebruiken of verhueren, op voorwaarde, dat zij de woningen behoorlijk zal onderhouden. Idem legateer ik aan de voorschreven Alegonda van Gerven,het bed met zijn toebehoren, waar zij op slaapt, met twee paar slaaplakens. Idem legateer ik aan mijn meiden, met name Maria van Gerven en Alegonda van Gerven voor hun trouwe dienst ieder 25 gulden tot rouwkleren. Verder benoemt hij tot universeel erfgenaam het opgerichte beneficie perpetuum curatum op Boekel in de kerk aldaar aan altaar van Sint Antonius sub invocatione sanctorum abbatum Anthonij en Waltheris. Stelt tot executeurs van zijn uiterste wil de eerwaarde Heer Mathias van Straale, kapelaan te Boekel, en de broeder Jan Nadel, overste op Padua,waarvoor ze de som van honderd gulden krijgen.
