Willem pachter 3e erf van nieuwland van 1612-1614, op het 2e erf kuinreturfswaard 1615-1624, op het 2e erf van Mandemakersland 1625-1633/36, Pachtte in 1613 in het openbaar het 2e erf in Kuinreturfswa ard. Borg werden Peter Louws, Thonys Jans Backer, Johan Symons en Peter Velthuijs. Johan Symons was zijn schoonvader. In 1621 legde diens weduwe Greetje Lamberts bij haar 2e huwelijk vast wat wat de r eeds gehuwde en de nog onmondige kinderen van hun vader zouden erven: 2 huizen, erven hoven te Brunnepe aan de St.Nicolaasdijk en 400 goudgulden. De onmondige kinderen werden ook nog een huwelijksgift toegezegd. De gehuwde kinderen, onder wie Geertje, gehuwd met Willem Peters, en de voogden. In 1627 kochten Willem Petersz. En Geertge Jans 'smorgens 1 hond land in Mastenbroek aan de Rijkssteeg, waa rtoe 6 Roeden, 5 Voet dijk boven Grafhorst behoorden en nog 1 Roede ½ Voet dijk bij het Zandbergerhek. Dit land werd in 1695 verkocht door hun kleinzoon Willem. Egbert en Peter Velthuijs. In 1645 pas seerde er voor het gerecht van Wilsum een obligatie ten laste van Geertien Herms, die daarvoor ten behove van Geertien Jans, wed; Willem Peters, haar goederen verbond en hetgeen zij van haar zuster Me chteld Hermens had gekocht. Op 27-5-1670 machtigde Geertie Jans, wed; Willem Peters, haar zoon Rutger en Simon Willemsen om voor de Schout van Genenmuiden een stuk buitendijks
