Geboren te Lattrop, gedoopt in Ootmarsum. Haar vader confom deze doop in 1694 had een dochter genaamd Adelheidis uit zijn 2e huwelijk. Deze stiefzus is getuige bij de doop van enkele van haar kinderen.

Echter in 1726 bij de ondertrouw in Amsterdam was zij volgens de akte 24 jaar oud.
