Geert Geerts Zijl, benevens Geert Geerts Zijl voor sig selvs en zijn vrouw Aitie Jurjens; Jan Hindriks mede voor zijn vrouw Andrea Geerts Zijl; Klaas Geerts Zijl; Harm Pieters & Hilje Geerts; Andries Geerts Zijl gemagtigde voor Jacob Geerts Zijl verkopen aan Pieters Claassens Teisman & Anje Driewes een Boeren Plaats cum adnexis te Wetsinge aan de algemene weg, door Geert Geerts Zijl laatst gebruikt, met het regt der beklemminge van plm. 72 3/4 grasen groen en bouwlandt (jaarlijke huur 150 gulden), voor 7131 gulden."
Op 6 juli 1801 is er nog een vervolgakte over de afbetaling van 3500 gulden.
