(Whig) for Cricklade between 1794 and 1811.6 He was styled as Lord Porchester between 1794 and 1811.2 He held the office of High Steward of Newbury.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of The Town and County of Carnarvon [G.B., 1793] in June 1811.6 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Porchester of Highclere, co.
