Gezien de datum van het eerste huwelijk en het feit dat bij Ary danwel zijn tweede vrouw Deliaan bij diverse kinderen van Pieter Teunisz (zoon van Teunis x Duyfje) wordt vermeld als getuige kies ik voor de opstelling van den Helder. Daarmee wordt Pieter zijn broer en wordt de leeftijd bij het eerste huwelijk 24 ipv 33

De eerste comparant zal hebben alle roerende en onroerende goederen, acties en credieten, etc., die bij zijn huisvrouw zijn nagelaten, waarvoor hij de moederloze kinderen belooft op te voeden, te alimenteren in eten, drinken, kleding, etc. en een handwerk te laten leren, tot zij zullen komen tot de leeftijd van 25 jaar of een huwelijk, waarna hij zal uitreiken aan ieder van hen de somma van 3 Carolus guldens.
