    Nadat het oude café op Kolderveense Bovenboer 19 in 1937 was verkocht, heeft Roelof van der Linde, die gehuwd was met Dina Buitenhuis, een perceeltje grond gekocht aan de overzijde van de dijk en stichtte daar in 1937 een huis plus een café. Toen had de Kolderveense Bovenboer dus wederom een café. Ze hadden twee kinderen: Jentje en Klaas en hebben daar gewoond tot 1952. Hun dochter Jentje die gehuwd was met Tie Meijer heeft toen het caf overgenomen.
