en overleden in wzc De Vlietoever te Wintam
op 29 februari 2012.

De plechtige uitvaartliturgie waartoe u vriendelijk wordt uitgenodigd, heeft plaats in de O.-L.-Vrouwkerk (K. Cardijnplein 9)
te Bornem op DINSDAG 6 MAART 2012 om 10 uur.

Samenkomst en laatste groet in de kerk vanaf 9.30 uur.

Aansluitend wordt de urne begraven op het urnenveld op de begraafplaats van Bornem.

Gelegenheid tot groeten in Rouwcentrum De Ruyte, Kerkplein 18
te Puurs op vrijdag van 19 tot 20 uur.

De gedachtenisviering zal opgedragen worden in voormelde kerk
op zondag 18 maart 2012 om 11 uur.
