    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Petrus Constantinus De Groote, gespensioneerde onderwijzer, oud vijf en vijftig jaren en Carolus Suykens, herbergier, oud negen en dertig jaren, beiden woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de komparante en de getuigen.

    Henricus Andries, daglooner, oud vier en dertig jaren en Petrus Merckx, schipper, oud dertig jaren, beiden geburen der overledene, woonachtig in deze gemeente, welken ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om acht ure des avonds in de woning van de weduwe Augustus Andries alhier overleden is Anna Maria Andries, geboren te Bornhem, den zesden Juni negentien honderd en één en daar woonachtig, dochter van Stephania Andries, zonder beroep, ook woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan akte door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de komparanten.
