    Josephus Franciscus Govers, schrijnwerker, oud drij en veertig jaren, geboren te Esschen en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, eergisteren om twee ure namiddag, geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaarder en van zijne echtgenoote Amelberga Van San, huishoudster, oud dertig jaren, hier geboren en woonachtig, en aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te willen geven de voornamen van Catharina Antonia.
    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Franciscus Leblon, oud drij en twintig jaren en Antonius Van Pellicom, oud drij en dertig jaren, beiden schrijnwerkers, woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met den vader en de getuigen.
