Akte 70 jaar 1906 Tekst Ten jare duizend negen honderd en zes, den zevenden Juni te negen uren voormiddag, verschenen voor ons Edmond De Poorter, schepen, afgevaardigde Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der Gemeente Bornhem, arrondisement Mechelen, provincie Antwerpen, Joannes De bruyn, oud een en dertig jaren en Carolus Ludovicus Rottiers, oud vier en veertig jaren, beiden brouwergasten, woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eerstgenoemde vader der overledene en de tweede gebuur, welke ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om zes uren en half des avonds, in hare ouders woning alhier, overleden is Bertha Maria De bruyn, geboren te Bornhem, den acht en twintigsten februari negentien honderd en vijf en daar woonachtig, dochter van den eersten verklaarder Joannes De bruyn en van Adelaïda Catharina Brys, huishoudster, oud vijf en dertig jaren, ook woonachtig in deze gemeente. Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan akte, in dubbel, door ons ten gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de verklaarders.
