Akte 103 jaar 1897 Tekst Ten jare duizend acht honderd zeven en negentig, den twee en twintigsten November ten negen ure voormiddag, verschenen voor ons Désiré Van den Abbeele, schepen gedelegeerden Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Bornhem, provincie Antwerpen, Petrus Franciscus Van assche, oud negen en veertig jaren en Henricus Van den bossche, oud drij en vijftig jaren, beide landbouwers, woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eertsgenoemde vader van den overledene en den tweeden gebuur, welken ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om negen ure voormiddag in hare ouders woning alhier, overleden is Maria Francisca Van assche, geboren te Bornhem, den eersten Mei achttien honderd vier en negentig en daar woonachtig, dochter van den eersten komparant Petrus Franciscus Van assche en van Joanna Iliegems, beide in leven. Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met den tweeden komparant, de eerste heeft verklaard niet te kunnen schrijven bij gebrek van geleerdheid.
