    Andreas Walschap, mandenmaker, oud een en dertig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welke ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, gisteren om twaalf ure des middags geboren in deze gemeente, Puersche Steenweg, van hem verklaarder en van zijne echtgenoote Carolina De bruyn, huishoudster, oud negen en twintig jaren, hier geboren en woonachtig en aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te willen geven den voornaam van Paulina.
    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Frans Brys, oud vier en twintig jaren en Jozef Spiessens, ook oud vier en twintig jaren, beiden mandenmakers, woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte,in dubbel, door ons ten Gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend door ons met den vader en de getuigen.
