    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Augustinus Verdoodt, oud zes en veertig jaren en Desiderius Jamar, oud vijf en dertig jaren, beiden gendarmen, woanachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, in dubbel, door ons ten Gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend door ons met den vader en de getuigen.
