Akte 52 jaar 1872 Tekst Ten jare duizend acht honderd twee en zeventig, den negentienden april ten negen ure voormiddag, verscheen voor ons Eduardus Van Roie, schepen gedelegeerden Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Bornhem, provincie Antwerpen, Honorius Van eetvelt, brouwer, oud een en veertig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, gisteren om twee uren namiddag, geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaerder en van zijne echtgenote Catharina Philomena De Maeyer, oud twee en dertig jaren, geboren te Weert en aen welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven den voornamen van Joanna Maria. De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Joannes Franciscus Segers, oud veertig jaren en Joannes Gregorius Daman, oud acht en twintig jaren, beide veldwachters, woonachtig in deze gemeente. Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met den vader en de getuigen.
