    Engel Thysebaert, werkman,oud vijf en zestig jaren, echtgenoot van de overledene en Jan Thysebaerdt, werkman, oud acht en vijftig jaren, schoonbroeder van de overledene, beide alhier wonende, dewelke ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om zeven ure 's avonds, alhier is overleden in de woning van de eersten verklaarder, gestaan Dorpstraat, Maria Constantia Welvaert, werkster, oud zeven en vijftig jaren, alhier geboren en wonende, dochter van Francies-Bernard en Francisca Buffers, beide overleden, echtgenoote van den eersten verklaarder voornoemd.
    Waarvan akte dadelijk opgemmaakt en na voorlezing alleen door ons is geteekend, de verklaarders niet bij ongeleerdheid.
