De voornoemde vertooning & verklaring gedaen in de tegenwoordigheid van Ferdinandus Heiremans, kleermaker, oud zeven en veertig & van Carolus Verleysen, schrijver, oud zes en zestig jaren, beide alhier woonachtig. En den vader en de getuygen hebben dezen akt benevens ons geteekend, na gedane voorlezing.
