    Petrus Joannes de Schryver, landbouwer, oud drij en veertig jaren, geboren en woonachtig in deze gemeente, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, gisteren avond om elf uren, geboren binnen deze gemeente, van hem verklaerder & van zijne egtgenote Petronilla De Maeyer, oud zes en dertig jaren, alhier geboren & aen welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven den voornaem van Rosalia.
    De voornoemde vertooning & verklaring gedaen in de tegenwoordigheyd van Philippus Joannes De Maeyer, wever, oud vijf en dertig jaren & Petrus Joannes Coeck, veldwachter, oud een en vijftig jaren, beyde woonagtig in deze gemeente.
    En den vader & de getuygen hebben dezen acte met ons geteekend, naer hun voorlezing gedaen te hebben.
