Akte 2 jaar 1892 Tekst Ten jare duizend acht honderd twee en negentig, den vierden januaria ten twee ure namiddag verschenen van ons Matheus Van Mierlo, schepen, gedelegeerde Ambtenaar van den BurgerlijkenStand der gemeente Bornhem, provincie Antwerpen, Franciscus Ludovicus Raes, bakker, oud negen en veertig jaren en Guilielmus Julianus Lemmens, landbouwer, oud drij en dertig jaren, beide woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eerstgenoemde vader van den overleden en den tweeden gebuur, welken ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om negen uren voormiddag, Monica De Mondt, oud vijf en veertig jaren, echtgenote van den eersten komparant Franciscus Ludovicus Raes, in hare woning alhier, gelegen is van een kind van het mannelijk geslacht, hetwelk zij ons levenloos hebben vertoond. Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd, Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend met de komparanten.
