    Guilielmus De Maeyer, kuiper, oud zes en twintig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het mannelijke geslacht, heden om twee uren des nachts, geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaerder en van zijn echtgenote Joanna Nathalia Van den bossche, oud vijf en twintig jaren, hier geboren en aan welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven de voornaem van Antonius.
    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Ludovicus Josephus Van Breedam, sekretaris, oud zes en veertig jaren en Joannes Franciscus Segers, veldwachter, oud vijf en veertig jaren, beide woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeenthuize in het dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorlezig geteekend met den vader en de getuigen.

    Guilielmus De Maeyer, oud acht en twintig jaren en Antonius De Maeyer, oud zes en vijftig jaren, beide kuipers, woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eerstegenoemde vader van den overleden en den tweeden grootvader, welken ons hebben verklaard dat heden om een uur des nachts, in zijne ouders woning alhier, overleden is Antonius De Maeyer, geboren te Bornhem, den acht en twintigsten september achttien honderd zes en zeventig en daar woonachtig, zoon van den eersten komparant Guilielmus De Maeyer en van Joanna Nathalia Van den bossche, beide in leven.
    Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan akte, door ons ten Gemeentehuize in het dubbel opgemaakt, en na voorleezing geteekend met de komparanten.
