    Jacobus de Bruyn, arbeyder, oud vier en vijftig jaren, geboren te Bornhem & alhier woonachtig, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslagt op heden om vijf uren s morgens geboren in deze gemeente, van hem verklaerder & van zijne egtgenote Maria Anna de Bruyne, oud een en veertig jaren, geboren te Weert & aen welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven de voornamen van Francisca Justina.
    De voornoemde vertooning en verklaring gedaen in de tegenwoordigheyd van Carolus Verleysen schrijver, oud zes en zestig jaren en Petrus Joannes Van Gucht schilder, oud zeven en twintig jaren, beyde woonachtig te Bornhem.
    En hebben de getuygen dezen akt benevens ons geteekend, den vader heeft verklaerd niet te kunnen schrijven bij faute van geleerdheyd, na hun voorlezing gedaen te hebben.
