    Carolus Ludovicus Marivoet landbouwer oud twee en veertig jaren gebortig van Sint Amands & alhier woonagtig, welken ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht eergisteren om zes uren 's avonds geboren binnen deze gemeente van hem verklaerder & van zijne echtgenote Maria Ludovica De Poorter oud vier en veertig jaren alhier geboren en aen welk kind hij verklaerd heeft te willen geven de voornamen van Constantia Maria.
    De voornoemde vertooning en verklaring gedaen in de tegenwoordigheid van Ludovicus Josephus Van Breedam secretaris oud acht en twintig jaren en Petrus Joannes Van Gucht schilder oud een en twintig jaren, beide alhier woonachtig.
    En den vader en de getuigen hebben dezen akt benevens ons geteekend, na hun voorlezing gedaen te hebben.
