    Augustinus Pauwels, metser, oud vier en twintig jaren, geboren en woonachtig te Bornhem, welke ons vertoond heeft een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, heden om drij uren des morgends, geboren in deze gemeente, Barelstraat, van hem verklaarder en van zijne echtgenoote Leopoldina Van Gucht,, mandenmaakter, oud zeven en twintig jaren, hier geboren en woonachtig en aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te willen geven de voornaam van Leontina.
    De voormelde vertooning en verklaring gedaan ter tegenwoordigheid van Emilius Bernaerts, kleermaker, oud drij en veertig jaren en Carolus De Bruyn, mandenmaker, oud drij en twintig jaren, beiden woonachtig in deze gemeente.
    Waarvan akte, in dubbel, door ons ten Gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend door ons met den vader en de getuigen.
