Josephus Ludovicus Bogaert, slachter, alhier gehuisvest, alhier geboren den achtsten Juli duizend acht honderd een en tachtig, meederjarige en ongehuwde zoon van Karel Frans Bogaert, alhier overleden den zestienden Januari duizend acht honderd een en negentig en van Joanna Maria raes, herbergierster, oud acht en vijftig jaren, alhier gehuisvest hier tegenwoordig en toestemmende in het huwelijk, bevestigende het overlijden van den vader overeenkomstig artikel honderd vijf en vijftig van het Burgerlijk Wetboek gewijzigd door artikel vijf der wet van dertigsten April duizend acht honder zes en negentig, den geboorteakt des bruidegoms bij extrakt en zijne militie certificaat hier beuide gezien en gevoegd.
En: anna Maria Stephania Muyshondt, zonder beroep, alhier gehuisvest, geboren te Hoboken, den dertigsten april duizend acht honderd twee en tachtig, meerderjarige en ongehuwde dochter van Ludovicus Muyshondt, mandemaker, oud een en vijftig jaren en van Philomena Van Linden, herbergierster, oud vier en vijftig jaren, gehuisschen, alhier gehuisvest, hie tegenwoordig en toestemmende in het huwelijk, den geboorteakt der bruid hier bij extrakt gezien en gevoegd, ter andere zijde.
Welke comparanten ons hebben aanzocht over te gaan tot het sluiten des Huwelijks tusschen hen beraamd, en waarvan de afkondiging is gedaan geweest op de daartoe bestemde plaats in deze gemeente op zondag acht en twintigsten Februari laatstleden.
Geene tegenkanting ons wegens dit Huwelijk beteekend zijnde, recht doende aan het gemelde verzoek, na an de parijen en getuigen te hebben voorgelezen al de stukken ten dezes vereischt, alsmede het zesde hoofdstuk des vijfden titels van het burgerlijk wetboek over de wederzijdsche rechten en verplichtingen der echtgenooten, hebben wij gevraagd aan den toekomenden bruidegom en aan de toekomende bruid of zij zich willen nemen voor man en vrouw; ieder van hen, in het bijzonder, bevestigend geantwoord hebbende, verklaren wij in den naam van de wet, dat door het Huwelijk vereeningd zijn Josephus Ludovicus Bogaert en Anna Maria Stephania Muyshondt.
Onmiddelijk hebben de partijen contraktanten ons verklaard dat er tusschen hem geen contrakt van huwelijksvoorwaarden is aangegaan.
Van al hetwelk hebben wij dezen akt in dubbel opgesteld in de tegenwoordigheid van Petrus Thysebaert, veldwachter, oud negen en dertig jaren, schoonbroeder des bruidegoms te Bornhem gehuisvest, Joseph Edmond Verstraeten, schipper, oud een en dertig jaren, schoonbroeder des bruidegoms, alhier gehuisvest, Richard Muyshondt, mandemaker, oud twee en dertig jaren, broeder der bruid, alhier gehuisvest en Frans Leopold Roscam, mandemaker, oud twee en dertig jaren, schoonbroeder der bruid, alhier gehuisvest en na gedane voorlezing hebben de bruidegom, zijne moeder, de bruid, hare ouders en de vier getuigen dezen akt met ons Schepen geteekend.
