Akte 129 jaar 1906 Tekst Ten jare duizend negen honderd en zes, den zeven en twintigsten November te negen uren voormiddag, verschenen voor ons Edmondus De Poorter, schepen, afgevaardigde Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der gemeente Bornhem, arrondissement Mechelen, provincie Antwerpen, Cornelius Josephus Van gucht, landbouwer, oud twee en veertig jaren en Philippus Polfliet, wever, oud vier en vijftig jaren, beiden woonachtig in deze gemeente, de eerstgenoemde vader der overledene en de tweede gebuur, welke ons hebben verklaard dat gisteren om twee uren en half namiddag in hare ouders woning alhier overleden is Maria Francisca Van gucht, geboren te Bornhem, den acht en twintigsten april negentien honderd en daar woonachtig, dochter van den eersten verklaarder Cornelius Josephus Van gucht en van Maria Ludovica Brys, landbouwster, oud een en veertig jaren, ook woonachtig in deze gemeente. Wij hebben ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd. Waarvan akte, in dubbel, door ons ten Gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing geteekend door ons met de verklaarders.
