Gen63: Overleden v'f3'f3r 4 juni 1749. Woonde op de Wirden onder Oudwoude. Volgens overlevering was hij gefortuneerd en bezat een eigen boerderij. Door er maar op los te leven en te drinken ging het familiekapitaal er aan. Zijn kinderen moesten daardoor als arbeider het leven in. Hij trouwde met Wytske Jans (wv. 3 kinderen bekend, volgens overlevering 10 kinderen). Hij trouwde met Martjen Lolkes (wv. 2 kinderen bekend, volgens overlevering waren er 9).

Uit het familieboek Feitsma: Johannes Rienks van Collum. In 1728 lidmaat gereformeerde gemeente. In 1749 redelijk welgesteld op de Wirden.

Weesboek Kollumerland, Inv. 99: 4 juni 1749 Inventarisatie ende respectijve beschrijvinge gedaan ende genomen ten sterfhuize van Johannes Rienks op de Wirden onder Oudwoude. Zijn eerste huisvrouw: Wijtske Jans. Alles op aangeven van Martjen Lolkes wed: wijlen Johannes Rienks. Ouderdom der kinderen van 't Eerste Bed: Rienk Johannes, oud 19 jaren; Jan Johannes, 17 jaren en Sijtse Johannes, 12 jaren. Kinderen van 't Twede Bed: Lolke Johannes, 7 jaren en Klaas Johannes, oud 1 jaar.
