She was a wife to Henry (deceased) for 44 years and a caring mother to Caroline (John) Kenneth (Irene) and James (Beatrice) and foster mother to Sara; Oma to Marc, Jason and Jeffrey and great-Oma to Nathanail, Conrad and Jacob, Tristan. She is also survived by a brother, Henry and sister, Louise and companion, Alvin Battist.
Burial to follow cremation. Donations for Pictou Co. Palliative Care or Pictou Co. VON
No flowers by request. Visiting April 16, 2009 at her home, 730 Scotch Hill Road, 7-9 p.m.
