Notes about Johannes (Hans) Steiner

Johannes fled Switzerland for his religion to the German Palatinate. He became a preacher of the Mennonites. He moved later with a group of people to the Netherlands, in Surhuisterveen in Groningen. They stayed there for about 7 years and then went to Pennsylvania.
