Midwolda - fol.405 - 6 november 1794 - Derk Sijmons, aan de ene kant, en zijn dochter Atje Derks, met haar man Willem Jans ,aan de andere kant, regelen hun meningsverschil inzake de verkoop van een erfportie van Tjaakje Wildriks, vrouw van Harm Tiddens, en haar zoontje Tiddo Harms, op Atje Derks overgegaan, en die zij verkocht had aan Wildrik Mentkes en Frouke Freriks (ehel.) en waaruit Derk Sijmons door zijn huwelijk met Atje Derks moeder, zijnde Eefke Engels, inzake zijn 2 overleden kinderen Bune Derks] en Kaatje Derks], zusters van Atje Derks, nog rechten heeft. Derk Sijmons stemt ermee in dat Atje Derks de erfportie krijgt. Atje Derks zal 130 gld. aan haar vader geven. Derk Sijmons staat voor de kosten die voort-vloeien uit zijn acties tegen Etje Wildriks, weduwe van Hans Nannes, om zo zijn aandeel te verkrijgen. Getuigen: collector Warner Willems en Jan Jans Wal.
