Eli II van Maine (1115-Tours, 15 januari 1151) was de jongste zoon van Fulco V van Anjou en van Ermengarde van Maine. Zijn vader zou hem Maine toegezegd hebben, maar zijn broer Godfried behield het graafschap. Eli kwam daartegen in opstand in 1145, maar verloor het pleit van zijn broer, die Eli opsloot tot bij zijn dood. Eli was gehuwd met Filippa, dochter van graaf Rotrud III van Perche, maar zij hadden geen kinderen.
