Hij is hoogstwaarschijnlijk de Aert Pietersen Tack welke naar Amerika vertrekt. Hij is overleden na 1705. Hij huwt ca. 1660 Kingston (N.Y.) met Annetje Adriaensen, geb. ca. 1640 Amsterdam, dochter van Aerjan Jans en Grietjen Jansen. Aert
Pietersen Tack had een boerderij in de Nederlandse colonie te Esopus, later Wiltwyck en weer later Kingston genaamd. Op 7 juni 1663 werden de dorpen Esopus en Hurley door de indianen aangevallen. Het huis van Aert Tack ging samen met 12
andere huizen en de kerk in vlammen op. Bij die gebeurtenis werden 15 mannen, 4 vrouwen en 2 kinderen gedood en gescalpeerd. De overige bewoners werden door de indianen weggevoerd. Aert Tack verdween na deze gebeurtenis en bleek
teruggekeerd naar Nederland, daarbij zijn vrouw en 2 kinderen achterlatend. De scheiding tussen Aert Pietersen Tack en Annetje Adriaens werd op 21-08-1664 te Fort Amsterdam uitgesproken. Annetje hertrouwd met Jacob Jansen van Etten, de
