Anna Maria Rens, weduwe van Joannes Pancratius Stuyts, alhier gehuisvest, dewelke verklaard heeft toe te stemmen in het huwelijk van hare kleindochter: Anna Maria Stuyts, dienstmeid, te Wommelghem gehuisvest, met Carolus Lembrechts, landbouwer, te Halle gehuisvest. Waarvan akte ten Gemeentehuize opgemaakt, en na voorlezing heeft de comparante benevens mij geteekend..." (HB Wommelgem 1912)

De Burgemeester verklaart dat de genaamde Stuyts Anna Maria, geboren te Halle, den 10 Augusti 1893, uitoefenende het beroep van dienstmeid, ongehuwd, hebbende hare woonstede te Wommelgem, De Keer en verblijvende aldaar behoef is en de noodige middelen niet bezit om de lasten van zegel, griffie en registratie te betalen, en bijgevolg, kostgeloos al de stukken en bewijsschriften, noodig om huwelijk aan te gaan, kan bekomen.
