1745-05-20/ 2065 fol.41v en 42: Kwijtschelding en custing van huis zuidzijde Hereweg, door Dirk Mol baas wagenmaker te Egmond aan de Hoef aan Wullem Cornelisse Priep te Petten, maar staand te komen naar Egmond aan Zee; prijs f 600,- te betalen contant f 200,- en termijnen van f 30,- jaarlijks (de noord en zuidbelending zijn verwisseld).

1769-06-10/ 2071-C28: Overeenkomst tussen Willem van Saanen te Egmond aan Zee met zijn kinderen Sijmon, Cornelis en Maartje van Saanen ter eenre en Trijntje Willems van Saanen weduwe Huybert Jansz (Schong) te Egmond aan Zee ter andere zijde, dat Trijntje het huis (naast A208 en A206) mag bewonen.


1771-01-10/ 2071-D12: Donatie causa mortis (?) van huis en erf door Willem Cornelisz (van Sanen) aan zijn dochter Maartje Willems en haar man Jan Fulpsz in ruil voor verzorging, met accoord van zijn zoons Sijmon en Cornelis Willemsz.
