Hij werd gedoopt op 11 november 1685 in Rheden.
Volgens lidmatenregister Veenendaal; Hendrik van den Bosch met att. van 's Gravenhage 1718 den 28 april, Jantje Peters Bouwman, sijn huisvrouw.
Hij is overleden voor 1745.
