    Jan Steenhagen,landbouwer,beiden wonen de te Amt Almelo ,is bevallen van een kind van het mannelijke geslacht, dat comparanten als levenloos aangeven.
    En hebben wij hiervan akte op gemaakt, die na gedane voorlezing, is onderteekend door ons en bijde comparanten
