    Xquater. HENDRICK JAN TROMPENAARS alias Trompen is op 27 juni 1707 te Moergestel gedoopt en vestigde zich te Esbeek. Hij trouwde op 22 april 1731 te Hilvarenbeek met Cathrien Niclaes van Loon en kreeg in 1732 van het corpus van Moergestel een borgbrief voor vestiging in die gemeente. [848] Cathrien was op 13 september 1700 te Hilvarenbeek gedoopt als dochter uit het huweHjk van Claes Wouters van Loon en Engel Hendricks van den Grave. Met Cornells Leemans was Hendrik in 1749 voogd van de kinderen van Jan Willems van Loon en Jenneken Hendrick Stalpers. [849] Hendrick Trompenaers werd krachtens het door koning Philips op 24 november 1556 aan Hilvarenbeek verleende privilege[850] beëdigde ijk- en keurmeester van de heerlijkheid; in 1740 verbaliseerde hij met zijn confrère Jacob Maes de roggebroodbakker Peeter van Loon, bij wie zij zeven te lichte broden, van minder dan 12 pond het stuk, vonden. [851] Blijkens de aankoop van een stok met biejen voor f .1:2:0 in 1739 was Hendrick imker.[852] Cathrien van Loon werd op 31 augustus 1781 te Hilvarenbeek begraven.
