Voogden: sieur RYCXs Vincent (wonend te Gistel) & meester STALPAERT JAN (wonend te Brugge). Ze erven van hun vader, licentiaat in de rechten, vrijlaat in Snellegem-ambacht, griffier van de stad Oudenburg en Gistel, + 29-01-1669 te ?(onroerend goed te Gistel, Roksem, Bovekerke, Ardooie, Koekelare, Ichtegem en Zomergem en enkele renten). De moeder als bezitster.
    Op 28-02-1675 legde Clais Joos ('bailliuw van de Guysen?, gehuwd met een tante van de wezen juffrouw STALPAERT MARIE, wonend te Zevekote) de eed af als voogd.

    Akte van 07-06-1670. Carel (22j) & Pieter (18j), 2 van de 5 k.v. meester Stalpaert Chaerles (z.v. meester Aernoudt) uit zijn 1ste huwelijk met juffrouw Govaert Laureynse (d.v. Christiaen). De vader," taelman ordinaire" van het Brugse Vrije, overleed op 18-12-1667 in Brugge. De moeder overleed op 25-03-1670 in Brugge. Voogden: Stalpaert Jan (halve rechtsweer van de vader van de wezen, poorter van de stad Brugge) & de heer Van Liebeecke Niclaeys (gehuwd met juffrouw Fierens Joanna).

    Akte van 03-03-1670. Ze erven van hun vader (onroerend goed te Gistel, Loppem, Meetkerke, Houtave en Brugge). De beide voogden als rendanten. De volwassen zussen en broer van de wezen zijn:
    o Juffrouw Stalpaert Scholastica (weduwe van meester Delcor Jaecques Rene),
    o Juffrouw Stalpaert Marie (jongedochter),
    o Stalpaert Joannes (geprofest als religieus in het klooster van de eerwaarde paters Recollecten).
    Tegelijk wordt vermeld dat de wezen onroerend goed te Brugge bezitten bij donatie van hun maternele grootmoeder Knyf Elisabeth, en ook onroerend goed te Meetkerke bij donatie van hun maternele tante juffrouw Govaert Catharine.

    In een akte van 16-08-1670 is sprake van een akkoord met de eerwaarde heer prelaat van Oudenburg i.v.m. de intreding en toekomstige professie van de wees Carel.

    Op 01-04-1672 legde Maes Jaecques (berijder van Vladslo-ambacht, nu gehuwd met de zus van de wezen juffrouw Stalpaert Scholastica) de eed af als voogd i.p.v. de heer Van Liebeecke Niclaeys.
