Matheus Jacob Matheus Stalpherts, mede namens Michiel en Maeyken, zijn broer en zuster, en namens zijn moeder, Maeyken Walterii Guilielmi Naeykens, als erfgenamen van Hendrick Jacob Mattheus Stalpherts, te Conterblom in Duitsland overleden, geeft opdracht aan Christoffel Jacob Mattheus Stalpherts namens hen te Conterblom of elders de door Hendrick nagelaten erflijke roerende en onroerende goederen te verkopen, en indien er erfgenamen in Duitsland mochten wezen, regelingen te treffen en overeenkomsten met hen aan te gaan. Christoffel wordt gerechtigd alle maatregelen te nemen, als het aanstellen van procureurs, die hij te hunnen voordele wenselijk acht.
