    Akte van 02-06-1706. Philippus, Joannes, Barbara, Isabelle & Anna, 5 van de 6 k.v. mijnheer Van Lykercke Pieter Franchois & juffrouw Stalpaert Marie Franchoise (d.v. de heer Jan). De vader, “advocaet ende taelman extraordianire van desen lande” overleed op 06-05-1706 te Brugge. Er worden twee voogden aangesteld: de heer Schaepelinck Franchois & Stalpaert Jan.

    Akte van 13-10-1707. De moeder heeft afstand gedaan van de nalatenschap van haar man. De voogden brengen nu de goederen over van de vader. Er zijn veel schuldeisers. Voor de wezen valt niets te erven. Naderhand wordt het onroerend goed van de vader verkocht, maar zelfs dan blijft de eindbalans negatief. Akte van 01-10-1708. De wezen ontvangen enkele renten als “donatie inter vivos” bij het testament van hun maternele groottante juffrouw Vande Voorde Anna. Tegelijk wordt het testament d.d. 24-03-1699 overgebracht van hun paternele tante juffrouw Van Lykercke Cornelie, waarbij de wees Joannes een rente ontvangt. Op 11-11-1713 legt Stalpaert Rochus de eed af als voogd i.p.v. Stalpaert Jan. De wees erft van zijn/haar zus juffrouw Van Lykercke Barbara, vrouw van sieur Van Ockerhout Louys, poorteres van de stad Brugge, + 13-08-1717 te Brugge (onroerend goed te Brugge en enkele renten). De staat van goed werd op 17-09-1718 geliquideerd voor de wezerij van de stad Brugge.
