Met zijn tweede vrouw lag Cornelis nogal eens overhoop. Na verschillende grote ruzies besloten ze in 1704 om de boedel te verdelen. Trijn kreeg het huis in Oost, verschillende stukken land en de 30 schapen. Cornelis hield ook wat land en het kaagschip.
