31-10-1889 door kantonrechter Waalwijk veroordeeld wegens burengerucht tot 3 dagen of fl 5,-. Zit de straf uit van 5 tot 8 februari 1890 te 's Hertogenbosch

Op 23-1-1913 door arr rechtbank 's Hertogenbosch tot twee maanden gevangenisstraf veroordeeld wegens "1e mishandeling, 2e mishandeling gepleegd tegen een ambtenaar gedurende de rechtmatige uitoefening zijner bediening 3e wederspannigheid eenig lichamelijk letsel ten gevolge hebbend". Op 10-2-1913 in de gevangenis te 's Hertogenbosch ingeschreven als passant en op 11 februari overgeplaatst naar Breda waar hij zijn straf uitzit tot 11 april
